Sailesh Reddy, learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioners and Ms. Kothapalli Aishwarya Chowdary, learned Counsel representing Sri V.V.Satish, learned Standing Counsel for A.P.E.P.D.C.L. 2. Sri K.P.S. Sailesh Reddy, learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioners, on instructions, would submit that the Petitioners would be able to pay the Service Line Charges (SLC) for HT line within ninety days from the date that this Order is uploaded on the website of this Court. 3. Learned Counsel for the Respondents would submit that Respondents have no objection for the same. 4. Learned Counsel for the Petitioners has drawn the attention of this Court to the Written Instructions submitted by the Assistant Engineer, Operation, Anaparthy, dated 14.09.2025. He would submit that the Respondent has stated in the Written Instructions as under: “The Consumer has total four Services at College premises on existing 100KVA DTR. The said 4 services are 1441200151002587 cat-IV CL-5kw, 1441200151001138 cat-2 CL-38kw, 1441200151005687 cat-2 CL-5kw. As existing DTR is insufficient and above for 36 KW HT metring is required(not HT service). Hence estimate was prepared for releasing of additional load 32.78 KW and the estimate sanctioned amount of Rs.6,11,634/-(SLC) on 27-06-2023, after adjustment of earlier paid additional load amount of Rs.92,518/-. The same was intimated for payment of SLC charges to the consumer, but consumer not paid till date. Again another notice was issued on 04-09-2025 for payment and to regularize the additional load inorder to safeguard the consumer and students including department equipment.” 5. Having noted the same, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of these Writ Petitions at the admission stage without going into the merit, directing the Petitioners to make the payment within ninety days as indicated above. 6. With these observations and directions, these Writ Petitions are disposed of. No order as to costs. 7. Needless to state that the Writ Petitioners would continue to enjoy the service connection as previously up to ninety days. If there is any default after ninety days, the Respondents are at liberty to initiate appropriate action in accordance with law. 8.
