Perusal of the pleadings, explanation has been narrated to the extent that appellant was suffering from certain illness. Perusal of medical records, it is for the period from 13.07.2017 to 12.03.2018. Thereafter, there is a delay of about 1 year 3 months and few days for which there is no explanation. Even though respondent has not pleaded delay in a proper manner. 2. Be that as it may, having regard to the fact that there is no explanation for the period of 1 year 3 months and few days.
