The petitioners through instant petition under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India are seeking direction to respondent to grant them all service benefits including arrears not paid alongwith benefit of 2nd ACP and 3rd ACP and to re-fix pay of petitioners at par with their juniors. 2. The petitioners joined respondent-Sugar Mill on different posts and have since retired. The State Government instructions qua ACP were adopted by respondent-Sugar Mill in 2008-2009. The 3rd ACP given to petitioners was also recovered by the respondent. They have made multiple representations to respondent-Sugar Mill but to no avail. 3. Notice of motion. 4. Ms. Rajni Gupta, Addl. AG, Haryana who on advance notice is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State.
