Mr. Lavkush Kumar Bhatt, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, private respondent no. 4 is wrongfully and illegally drawing old age pension by misdeclaring his age. His client made application dated 27th January, 2025 to the Special Secretary, Social Welfare Department in the Government. He seeks direction for consideration of the application. 2. Mr. Fuzail Ahmad Ansari, learned advocate Standing Counsel appears on behalf of State and submits, petitioner has no locus standi, inasmuch as, the writ petition does not disclose any cause of action accrued to him. 3. Petitioner has already applied to the Special Secretary by his application dated 27th January, 2025. Addressee authority thus has allegations of petitioner, which may be information. In event the information is found to be relevant, we are confident, concerned authority or authorities will act upon them. We are also confident, the authorities will not act without noticing respondent no.4 for verification. As such, we are not inclined to direct issuance of notice upon respondent no.4. 4.
