KAKARLA CHANDRA SEKHAR The Court made the following order: Impugning the proceedings dated 24.03.2023 issued by the 3rd respondent, the present writ petition is filed. 2. Heard Miss P.Padmavathi, learned counsel for the petitioner and Smt Naga Chandrika, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj. 3. A perusal of the impugned proceedings dated 24.03.2023 shows that there is a dispute between the petitioner and the unofficial respondents with regard to subject property and the Government site is not involved in the present case. In the said circumstances, the petitioner cannot raise allegation against the respondent authorities by filing the present writ petition and the petitioner has to be relegated to the competent civil court. Therefore, writ petition is frivolous and devoid of merits and can be disposed of. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to approach competent civil court in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
