This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 28.1.2025 (Annexure No.1 to the writ petition) passed by respondent no.2 in Appeal No.1463 of 2024 (Computerized Case No.C202415000001463) (Omkar Vs. Kusum), under Section 331(3) of U.P.Z.A. & L.R. Act, 1950 as well as impugned order dated 27.8.2024 (Annexure No.2 to the writ petition) passed by respondent no.3 in Case No.01990 of 2019 (Computerized Case No. T201915060101990) (Kusum Vs. Omkar), under Section 229B of U.P.Z.A. & L.R. Act." 3. A preliminary objection has been raised by learned Standing Counsel that against the order impugned, petitioner has remedy of filing second appeal under the provisions of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 4. In view of the same, I am not inclined to interfere with the matter. 5. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy, as available to him, under the law. 6.
