Present writ petition has been filed by the petitioners inter-alia with the prayer to direct the respondent no.2 to decide the recall application dated 20.07.2024 and Case No. 06645 of 2018, Computerized Case No. T2018054406645 (Patiya Vs. Sahab Ali and others), under Section 6A of U.P. Panchayat Raj Act, 1947 pending before the Sub Divisional Officer, Kasya, District Kushinagar, expeditiously. 2. On the other hand, it is argued by the learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the State-respondents that competent authority will take appropriate decision in the matter, expeditiously. 3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the State-respondents and perused the record. 4. In the facts and circumstances of the case and also in the interest of justice, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to authority concerned to decide the recall application of the petitioner strictly in accordance with law without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
