ORDER:
The writ petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…to issue a Writ, Direction, Order or Orders more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent Nos. 2 to 4 in interfering with the civil dispute between the Petitioner and the 5th respondent herein and preventing the Petitioner from cultivating her lands in an extent of Ac.6.00 cents in Sy.No.392/1, an extent of Ac.5.45 cents in Sy.No.526 and an extent of Ac.8.00 cents in Sy.No.144 of Maddikera East Village, MaddikeraMandal, Kurnool District as without power or authority, illegal, arbitrary, malafide and violation of principles of natural justice apart from violation of Article 300 (A) of Constitution of Indiaby setting aside the same and consequentially direct the respondents not to interfere in any manner with my peaceful possession and enjoyment of my above stated lands in the interest of justice and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case. 2. Heard Sri A.Chandraih Naidu, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that, it is a case of interference of police in civil disputes.
4. Sri V. Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that the police are not interfering in the civil disputes between the petitioner and unofficial respondents.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the court may pass appropriate orders.
6. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed not to interfere in the civil disputes between the parties, except under due process of law. There shall be no order as to costs.
