This Court, vide order dated 26.03.2025 passed in MCRC No. 844 of 2025, while allowing the bail to the applicant, namely, Prabhuram Loni had expressed its trust that the trial Court would make an earnest endeavor to conclude the trial expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six months from the date of passing of the MANPREET KAUR Digitally signed by MANPREET KAUR Date: 2025.10.17 15:29:22 +0530 2 order, if there was no legal impediment. 3. The learned Special Judge (NDPS Act), Balodabazar, District- Balodabazar-Bhatapara (C.G.), vide its request letter dated 17.09.2025 requests for grant of some more time for concluding the trial stating that statement of 04 important prosecution witnesses are yet to be recorded. 4. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a period of four months from today. 5. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed off with the aforesaid direction. 6.
