Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks a limited relief that the authorities may be directed to decide the application of the petitioner. 2. Considering the aforesaid limited prayer, the authorities concerned are directed to decide the aforesaid application of the petitioner within 60 days from the date of production of a copy of this order. 3.
