JUSTICE PRADEEP SINGH YERUR) 1. Learned AGA accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. 2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned AGA for the respondents. 3. The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking a direction to the respondents to consider his representation dated 23.06.2025 vide Annexure-C regarding the flex banner and frames supplied by the petitioner for a Government program organized pursuant to the Government order dated 04.03.2024. 4. It is the case of the petitioner’s that he is a businessman engaged in graphics designed services under the name of “Swapnil Graphics Digital Flex Printing Lab” in Nippani. The petitioner provided a banner titled “Guarantee Yojana Samavesh” along with framing, pasting and installation work for a Government program held on - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC-D:8677 WP No. 104185 of 2025 12.03.2024, aimed at providing information on Government Guarantee Schemes. The respondents’ availed the petitioner’s services for the said program, which was organized in accordance with the Government Order dated 04.03.2024 issued by Respondent No.2. The petitioner incurred expenses from his own resources to carry out the work. The petitioner submitted a bill for ₹.24,040/- on 12.03.2024 for the services rendered, which was duly approved and sanctioned by the competent authorities, i.e., Respondent Nos.1 and 2. 5. However, despite repeated requests and representations, the said amount has not been released, causing financial hardship to the petitioner. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court. 6. Under the circumstances, I pass the following: ORDER i) The petition is allowed. ii) A writ of mandamus is issued directing the respondent Nos.1 and 2 to consider the representation dated 23.06.2025(Annexure-C) and appropriate orders in accordance with law, within an outer limit of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
