The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Cyber Crime (Jamshedpur) P.S. Case No. 125/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 354(a) & 354(d) of the I.P.C. and Sections 67 & 67A of the I.T. Act, pending in the Court of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-II, Jamshedpur. 3. Petitioner after morphing photographs of the informant, made several pornographic videos and sent it to her female friends. 4. Report regarding the stage of trial, earlier called for, has been received. It appears that charge has been framed in this case on 13.12.2024. It further appears that out of 9 witnesses, 3 witnesses have been examined. Learned trial Court has stated that trial is likely to be concluded within six months. 5. Considering the nature of allegation and the fact that trial is likely to be concluded within six months, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail.
