No representation for the petitioner. 3. Sri P.AjayBabu, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, would submit that basing on the complaint of the Nekkanti Surya Venkata Rayudu-4th respondent, a case in Cr.No.439 of 2024, under Sections 329(3), 324(6), 351(2), 351(3), 223(b) r/w 3(5) BNS IPC on the file of Sarpavaram Police Station was registered against the petitioner. The petitioner was called to the police station regarding the said crime. The police never interfered in the civil disputes between the parties. 4. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed to follow due process of law regarding the crime which is registered against the petitioner. No order as to costs.
