Case No. 02/2025 arising out of Adityapur P.S. Case No. 119 of 2024 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 501/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 34 of the I.P.C. & Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned Principal District & Sessions Judge, Seraikella. 3. On 17.04.2024, at about 10:00 p.m., co-accused Mustafa Ansari is alleged to have fired upon the informant causing injury on his arm. 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that there is no allegation of firing on this petitioner. It was further submitted that co-accused Mustafa Ansari has been granted bail by this Court vide B.A. No. 153 of 2025. 5. Mr. Satish Kumar Keshri, learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail, does not dispute the aforesaid facts. 6. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Principal District & Sessions Judge, Seraikella in connection with S.T.
