This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... to Writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents, in particular respondents 3 and 4 in calling the petitioner to their respective police stations and making the petitioner to sit there even without there being any crime and in threatening him not to cultivate an extent of Ac. 10.32 cents covering by Survey Nos. 951/1, 952/1, 953,954, 969/1 and 969/4 of Govada village, Amruthalur Mandal and in interfering in civil disputes is as arbitrary, illegal, unconstitutional and oppo'sed to the principles of natural justice, and consequently

direct the respondents not to interfere In civil disputes and not to call the petitioner to the police station of respondents 3 and 4 .”
2. Heard Sri Sreerama Murthy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.
3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, would submit that the police are not interfering in the civil disputes between the parties.
4. Recording the said submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
