1. This petition has been filed with the following reliefs:
“10.1 Issue notices to the respondents returnable within early date of hearing. 10.2 Direct the respondent no. 2 to permit the petitioner to run the common service centre/choice centre and further be pleased to direct the respondents for issuance of ID in this regard in favour of the petitioner. 10.3 Direct the respondent no. 2 to consider and decide the representation moved by the petitioner within stipulated period. 10.4 Grant any other relief(s)/ order(s)/ direction(s) in favour of petitioner, which deemed fit & proper in the facts & circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice. 10.5 Cost of the petition.”
2. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case as also the reliefs sought for, Respondent No.2 is directed to decide the representation filed by the petitioner and to issue ID so that the petitioner may run his choice centre.
3. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed anything on merits of the case.
4. With the aforesaid observations and directions, the writ petition is disposed of. Sd/-
