Further action of 2nd and 3r respondents in not taking any action, in spite of representations made by the petitioner is highly illegal, arbitrary and violation of Article 14 (Sc. Article 300-A of Constitution of India, apart from Violation of Principles of Natural Justice consequently set aside the same Counsel for the Petitioner: 1. GP FOR HOME 2 The Court made the following: ORDER: The instant Writ Petition is filed by the Petitioner seeking indulgence of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief: “.... pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus, declaring the impugned action of respondents 4th and 5th in interference with the rights of petitioner over private property, in house site situated in Sy.No.314/1, in Mangilipattu Village, Chandragiri Mandal, Chittoor District, at the instance of 6th respondent and her relatives, for extraneous considerations, as illegal, arbitrary. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions would submit that respondent Police never interfered in the civil disputes between the Petitioner and the unofficial respondents. In that view, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Respondent Police are directed not to interfere in the civil disputes between the parties except following due process of law. No order as to costs.
