Learned Counsel for the petitioners in both these cases fairly submits that vide order dated 26.11.2012 it has been observed that to place both the matters after disposal of Civil Review No.182 of 2011, which has already been disposed off on 22.04.2025. Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that Patna High Court CWJC No.7083 of 2006(15) dt.28-07-2025 2/2 after disposal of the said Civil Review, both these matters have become infructuous. 3.
