Pavan, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Sri Kilaru Nithin Krishna, learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner, Sri Shaik Abdul Rasheed, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Roads & Buildings and Sri P. Rajesh Kumar, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Finance & Planning. 2. Sri Sk. Abdul Rasheed, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Roads & Buildings has drawn the attention of this Court to paras 5 & 6 of the Counter Affidavit filed by Respondent No.4 which indicates that the bills have been admitted and uploaded onto the CFMS Portal and is waiting for fund clearance. 3. Sri P. Rajesh Kumar, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Finance & Planning (Respondent No.2) has submitted the Written Instructions furnished by the Principal Secretary to Government, Department of Finance dated 14.10.2025. Copy of it is supplied to the learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner and the same is taken on record. 4. The Written Instructions would indicate that the Writ Petitioner is entitled for the net amount of Rs.14,45,361/- as full and final settlement. This fact is admitted by the learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner. 5. Having regard to these facts, this Court deems it appropriate to allow this Writ Petition, at the admission stage, without going into merit, with a direction to the Respondent No.2 to complete the entire administrative process, both inter-departmental and intra-departmental, by way of mutual cooperation and coordination, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from today 3 and four (04) weeks thereafter, for transferring of the due amount (Rs.14,45,361/-) into the bank account of the Writ Petitioner. 6. Writ Petitioner is directed to submit bank account details to the Competent Authority within two weeks from today, for effective compliance. 7. With these observations and directions, this Writ Petition stands allowed. No order as to costs. 8.
