Petitioner is claiming family pension as his father, a pensioner, has died, on ground that he is a disabled person. 2. However, as rightly pointed out by Mrs. Akanksha Sharma, learned counsel appearing for Respondent-4, claim of petitioner has already been rejected by a reasoned order dated 18.11.2024 on ground that petitioner’s disability is not of such nature that he cannot do any work. Said order dated 18.11.2024 is annexed alongwith this writ petition, however, it is not under challenge, therefore, the relief sought cannot be granted. 3. Accordingly, even in absence of learned counsel for petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of with liberty to petitioner to challenge the aforesaid order, if so advised.
