This Court, vide order dated 18.07.2024, passed in MCRC No. 4236 of 2024, while allowing the bail to the applicant, namely, Sabik, had expressed its trust that the trial Court should make an earnest endeavor to conclude the trial expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order, if there was no legal impediment. 3. The learned Additional Sessions Judge, (F.T.C.) Ambikapur, District- Surguja (C.G.) vide his request letter dated 08.01.2025 has KUNAL DEWANGAN Digitally signed by KUNAL DEWANGAN 2 requested for grant of some more time for concluding the trial. 4. It transpires from perusal of the PUD, that at present 08 prosecution witnesses have left to be examined hence, the conclusion of the trial is likely to take some time therefore, he prays for grant of further more time for concluding the trial. 5. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a further period of six months from today. 6. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed off with the aforesaid direction. 7.
