Shri Shukla, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has made a statement that the case No. 01112 of 2021 (Vimla Devi and another vs. Gulab) under Section 34 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 has already been decided. He submits that since the grievance of the petitioner, as raised in the present writ petition, has been ventiliated , the writ petition has become infructuous. 3.
