Hon’ble Shri Justice Rakesh Mohan Pandey Judgment On Board 06-05-2025 1) Perusal of the petition would indicate respondent No. 3 filed an election petition against the petitioner who was elected as Sarpanch of Gram Panchayat Katagi, Janpad Panchayat Kasdol wherein issues were 3 framed on 28.11.2020 and thereafter evidence of respondent No. 3 was closed on 01.02.2021. Subsequently, an application under Order 13 Rule 10 read with Section 151 of CPC was moved which was allowed by the Sub Divisional Officer (Revenue) Kasdol on 19.07.2021. Petitioner has filed this petition against the said order and obtained interim relief in his favor vide order dated 03.08.2021. 2) Evidently, new elections have been held across the State in the February 2025, thus this petition has become infructuous. 3) Consequently, instant writ petition stands dismissed being rendered infructuous.
