Case No. 113/2024 arising out of Torpa P.S. Case No. 57/2023 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 669/2023, for the offences registered under Sections 143, 144, 147, 148, 149, 120(B) of the I.P.C. and Section 25(1-B)a, 25(6), 26, 35 of the Arms Act & Section 17 of the C.L.A. Act, pending in the Court of learned District & Additional Sessions Judge-III, Khunti. 3. On 22.06.2023, at about 01:45 p.m., Torpa Police apprehended the named accused persons from Gidum Forest Area. On search, firearms and Naxal literatures were recovered from their possession. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner was neither apprehended at the spot, nor anything incriminating was recovered from his possession. It was further submitted that several co-accused persons have been granted bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned District & Additional Sessions Judge-III, Khunti in connection with S.T. Case No. 113/2024 arising out of Torpa P.S. Case No. 57/2023 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 669/2023. (Ambuj Nath, J.) Nandini/- Uploaded
