State of U.P. and 4 others, Writ-A No. 62149 of 2017 that their case is fully covered with said judgment. Learned Standing Counsel for State submits that claim of petitioners will be considered and if there is any legal impediment, the same will be informed to petitioners within a short period. In view of above submission made by learned Standing Counsel for State, learned counsel for petitioners submits that this writ petition may be disposed of on behalf of aforesaid submission. In view of above submission, this writ petition is disposed of with an observation that claim of petitioners will be considered, taking note of above referred judgment and if there is any legal impediment, the same will be informed to petitioners within a short period.
