This Court, vide order dated 01.05.2025, passed in MCRC No. 2813 of 2025, while allowing the bail to the applicant, namely, Moh. Salim Mansoori had expressed its trust that the trial Court should make an earnest endeavor to conclude the trial expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of the order, if there was no legal impediment. 3. Learned Special Judge (NDPS Act), District - Raipur (C.G.) vide his request letter dated 30.10.2025 has requested for grant of some more time for PREETI KUMARI Digitally signed by PREETI KUMARI Date: 2025.11.27 11:03:20 +0530 2 concluding the trial. 4. It transpires from perusal of the PUD that, only the evidence of the Investigation Officers remains to be recorded. Hence, the conclusion of the trial is likely to take some time. Therefore, he prays for grant of further more time for concluding the same. 5. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a further period of four months from today. 6. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed of with the aforesaid direction. 7.
