Petitioner has filed this writ petition, seeking following reliefs:- ALFIZA BAIG Digitally signed by ALFIZA BAIG Date: 2025.10.30 13:42:46 +0530 2 “10.1 That, the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the concerned respondent authorities particularly respondent no. 2 and 4 to decide pending application for correction of the land in the online map revenue record within stipulated time, in the interest of justice. 10.2 Any other relief, which the Hon’ble court may deem 昀椀t and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case may also be granted in favour of the petitioner.” 2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner is not challenging any particular order on the part of respondent authorities, but is seeking direction to concerned respondent authorities to expeditiously decide the pending application for entering the Khasra, map and B-1 online of his land. 3. Learned counsel for the State raised no objection in this regard. 4. I have heard learned counsel for respective parties. 5. Considering entire facts and circumstances of case and submission made by counsel for respective parties, respondent no. 2/Collector, Balrampur-Ramanujganj and respondent no. 4/Tahsildar, Balrampur- Ramanujganj are directed to decide pending application (Annexure P/1), subject to verification of the documents, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 6. With the aforesaid direction, the present writ petition stands disposed of. 7.
