Moreover, a FIR was also registered by the father of the petitioner against respondent No.4 and her father for procuring the appointment on the basis of forged document, wherein they were acquitted vide judgment dated 16.09.2018 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Ferozepur, to which no challenge was made.
