GP FOR REVENUE (AP) The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the respondents 2 to 7 in not registering the case against the Respondents No.8 to 10 even though the petitioner had lodged a complaint before the 7th respondent on 22-12- 2023, as illegal, arbitrary, unjust and unconstitutional and consequently direct the respondents 2 to 7 to register the case and arrest the Respondents No.8 to 10.” 2. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that, based on the complaint of Respondent No.8 herein, a case in Crime No.393 of 2022 on the file of Ongole I Town Police Station, Prakasam District against the Petitioner No.1 and to overcome the said case, the Petitioners filed a complaint with false allegations. Therefore, the Police have not registered any case based on the complaint of the Petitioner. 3. Sri K.Gani Reddy, learned counsel for the Petitioners would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders. 3 4. In that view, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the Petitioners are at liberty to work out their remedies before appropriate forum in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
