Sri P.Durga Prasad, learned counsel appearing for the decree-holder submits that subsequently the decree-holder/1st respondent has not pressed the E.P., which has been dismissed as not pressed on 13.07.2005. In view thereof, he submits that no cause of action survives to maintain the C.R.P. Recording the same, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
