And In the matter of: Tejas Lalit Soni @ Tejas Lalit ….PETITIONER 1. This matter is listed for correction of a typographical mistake, which has been crept up in the order dated 04.09.2025. 2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that inadvertently the name of the learned Advocate for the State was wrongly typed and at paragraph no. 5 the word anticipatory is mistakenly written. 3. The name of the learned Advocate for the State should be written as “Mr. Kallol Acharjee” instead of “Mr. Kollok Acharjee” and at paragraph no. 5 the word “anticipatory” should be deleted. 4. These mistakes are apparent. Let the correction be made accordingly. 5. This order shall be made a part of the original order dated 04.09.2025. (PRASENJIT BISWAS, J.)
