Both these Bail Applications arise out of same P.S. case. Accordingly, both these Bail Applications are being disposed of by a common order. Heard the parties.
Petitioners have been made accused in connection with Deoghar (Cyber) P.S. Case No. 117 of 2024, registered under Sections 319(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2) & 61 of the B.N.S., 2023 and Sections 66(B), 66(C), 66(D) and 84(C) of the I.T. Act, pending in the Court of learned Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge Cyber Crime, Deoghar. On 27.10.2024, Cyber Police Deoghar on the basis of confidential information raided a place near Kherwatari Jangal and apprehended the petitioners along with co-accused persons. On search, mobile phone and e-gadget were recovered from the possession of the petitioners. It was submitted that only one victim has turned up to claim that the petitioners have cheated him. It was further submitted that petitioners are in custody for about 10 months. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Cyber Crime, Deoghar, in connection with Deoghar (Cyber) P.S.
