The learned counsel for the respondent has drawn the attention of this Court to the specific averments made in the counter affidavit and submits that the order dated 31.12.2015 alleging non-compliance of which the present Contempt Case is filed has been duly complied with and the respondent issued the Proceedings dated 12.12.2018. 2 CC_2525_2018 3. In fact, the Contempt Case is filed with the delay of 165 days and no plausible reasons are stated for condoning the delay. Hence, I.A. No.1 of 2018 is dismissed.
