This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the 3rd respondent authorities in not providing the police protection to the petitioner to carry out agricultural activities in the agricultural land an extent of 5.29 acres in Sy.No.656/5 of Machapuram village of Devanakonda Mandal, Kurnool District without considering the petitioner's representation dated 30.5.2021 as illegal, arbitrary and against the principals of natural justice and Art 14 of the constitution of India and to direct the respondents to provide the police protection to the petitioner to carry out agricultural activities in the agricultural land of an extent of Ac.5.29 acres in Sy.No. 656/5 of

Machapuram village of Devanakonda Mandal, Kurnool District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 30.5.2021.”
2. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home brought to the notice of this Court that this is purely a civil dispute between the parties.
3. Ms.Marella Radha, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that they have not filed any civil suit against parties who are claiming right and possession over the subject property.
4. In that view, the Writ Petition is disposed of giving liberty to the Petitioner to work out his remedies before appropriate forum in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
