Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent authorities to consider the representation of the petitioners at Annexure-E to E3. 2. Grant any other relief/s deemed fit in the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice and equity. 4. The grievance of the petitioners is that the proceedings under Section 38A of the Land Reforms Act, has been taken up, without notice having been issued to the petitioners. The petitioners have voluntarily submitted their objections to the PDO, Village Accountant and Taluka Surveyor.
