ORDER: This Cr'lminal Petition, under Sections 480 and 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed by the Petitioner/A1, seeking bail in Crime No.337/2024 of Eluru Ill Town Police Station, Eluru. 2. A case has been registered against the Petitioner and Others for the offences punishable under sections 308(5), 318(4), 351 (2) of B.N.S.
3. Case of the prosecution, in brief, iS that On 25.ll.2024, the defacto complainant Ghantasala Umamaheswara Sastry, who is working in APEPDCL, submitted a report tO the POl'lCe Stating that he married Al in the year 2022 as a second wife. Since then, Al deceived him with false promises, cla'lming herself to be an lps officer in the National Investigating Agencym and falsely stated that multiple cyber cases had been registered against him, including allegations of phone hacking. She insisted that all these cases could only be resolved by Paying Off the relevant Officials. using such pretexts, she took gold and cash from the defacto complainant in instalments. By trusting her, he gave her money Whenever She asked, from out of his_savings and bank loans. Addit'lonally, along With her, her relative A2 allegedly threatened and intimidated him, fraudulently taking a total of 44 sovereigns of gold Ornaments and aPPrOX'Imately Rs.79.00 lakhs in cash from him. _ _____-

Learned Assistant public prosecutor submI-tS that the jnVeStjgatiOn I-S at cruel-al stage and some more witnesses are to be examined and prays to dI'SmI'SS the baI®l aPPll-Cation. 6, A perusal of the material available on record goes to show that the petitioner was arrested on o9.12.2024 and sl'nce then she has been languI'Shing jn J-udjCial remand. Learned counsel appearI-ng for the petI'tiOner submits that the petitioner I-S a lady and langul'sh['ng I'n judicial remand for more than 70 days. Learned Assistant public Prosecutor submitted that eight wI'tneSSeS are examined and some more witnesses are to be examined. 7. In view of the aforesaid facts and cI'rCumStanCeS Of the Case, this court is inclI'ned to grant bail to the petitioner/Al herein, on the following condI'tiOnS.
(l') The petl'tl-oner/Al herein shall be released on her executing a Personal bond for Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) with two suretI'eS for a lI'ke Sum each to the satisfaction of the learned Special JudicI-al Magl-strafe of First Class (Mobile) for trial of cases under PCR Act at EIuru; (ij) On release, the petl-tI'Oner shall appear before the station House Officer conc6rned on every sunday in betweem 10.00 a.m. and 05-00 P.m., tl-Il filing of charge sheet. 8.
