The order dated 20.03.2025 passed by the District Magistrate, District Jaunpur is under challenge in the present writ petition. 2. From perusal of the aforesaid order it appears that the same has been issued pursuant to the direction given by the Hon'ble Lokayukta but the copy of the same has not been appended along- with the writ petition. 3. At this stage, a prayer has been made by counsel for the petitioner to dismiss present writ petition as not pressed with liberty to file fresh writ petition. 4. Prayer made is allowed. 5.
