Further prayer has been made for staying the further proceedings before the trial Court. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has fairly submits that the FIR in the present case has been registered on 29.04.2025 and the case is still under investigation. 3. Notice of motion. 4. On the asking of the Court, Mr. Tarun Aggarwal, Addl.A.G., Punjab accepts notice on behalf of the respondents-State. 5. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail alternative remedy as available to him under the law. 6.
