Heard rival submissions. 2. The respondent Nos.1(A) to 1(H), being the claimants, are seeking permission to withdraw the balance amount of compensation deposited by the appellant/ acquiring body as per order dated 20.01.2021. 3. Admittedly the appeal filed by the acquiring body has been dismissed on merit and the learned counsel for the appellant/acquiring body submits that the acquiring body does not want to challenge the aforesaid dismissal. 4. In view of the same, the respondent Nos.1(A) to 1(H) are permitted to withdraw whatever the balance amount of compensation along with interest accrued thereon till date. 5. The application is accordingly, disposed of. 6. On the request of learned counsel for the nd.thawre 45 2 aforesaid claimants, the respondent No.1(G) is permitted to sign and verify the other respondents while disbursing the amount directly in the respective accounts of the aforesaid respondents, on filing necessary documents by them. 7. The learned counsel for the appellant/acquiring body seeks permission to deposit the balance amount of 25% of the total compensation amount along with the interest within six weeks. 8.
