Heard Sri Ramesh Babu Talluri, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the State. 3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, Sri V. Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions dated 28.11.2025, submitted that upon receipt of complaints in the Public Grievance Cell dated 07.07.2025 and 22.09.2025, the police conducted a preliminary enquiry and found the dispute between the petitioner and the persons alleged to be interfering is a civil in nature. sTherefore, the police did not register any case, treating the matter as a purely civil dispute. 4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the Court may pass appropriate orders. 5. Recording the aforesaid submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out her remedies before the appropriate forum in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
