Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor on behalf of the State would submit that the Court may pass appropriate Orders. 5. Considering the submissions, this Criminal Petition is disposed of. However, the learned Trial Judge is directed to dispose of the case as 4 expeditiously as possible according to law, without granting any adjournment in a casual way by mere asking.
