Heard the parties. 2. Petitioners have been made accused in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 373 of 2024 for the offences registered under section 304(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of Sri Abhishek Srivastava, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Ranchi. 3. On 04.09.2024, chain of the Informant was snatched by three unknown persons near Sai General Store, Main Road, Ranchi. 4. It was submitted that the petitioners are neither named in the FIR, nor they were put on T.I. Parade. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered from their possession. 5. Learned A.P.Ps have opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the petitioners have got criminal antecedent. 6. Considering the nature of allegation, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. Accordingly, petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Abhishek Srivastava, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Ranchi in connection with Sadar P.S.
