Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Mandeep submits that in the above-said FIR, after completion of the investigation, a cancellation report stands submitted to the Court on 20.04.2023, which is pending for consideration primarily for complainant’s on appearance before the said Court. In the light of above nothing survives in the present petition. Hence the same is disposed of having been rendered infructuous.
