No representation for the applicant though called twice. 2. Mr. Raveendra Singh Bisht, learned counsel for respondent through Video Conferencing. 3. Learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the dispute arises out of matrimonial discord between the parties; that, the applicant is husband and respondent is wife. 4. Learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the dispute arises out of matrimonial discord between the parties; the applicant being the husband and the respondent being the wife; that, in the present case, notices were issued to the applicant for appearance before the Daily Lok Adalat on two occasions, vide orders dated 13.06.2024 and 25.09.2024. However, neither party appeared before the Daily Lok Adalat on the aforesaid dates, and even today, there is no appearance on behalf of the applicant. 5.
