The present contempt application has been filed pleading willful disobedience of the order dated 6.8.2024 passed by this Court in Writ-C No. 25548 of 2024. From the pleadings and the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the contempt application, there appears to be no disobedience of the order passed by the writ Court by the opposite parties. It is not a case for instituting proceedings under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971. The contempt application is dismissed. The applicant may exercise any other legal remedy available to him in law including to approach the civil court for appropriate remedy.
