By the aforesaid order, the 2nd respondent therein was directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 26.02.2025 and dispose of the same in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks. 2 3. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, learned counsel for the respondents has placed on record the speaking orders vide Rc.No.10272/E3.D/2023, dated 26.11.2025, stated to have been passed by the 2nd respondent. 4. As the present contempt case came to be lodged disobedience to the final orders passed by the writ Court, and that the 2nd respondent has now passed speaking orders, though belatedly, having regard to the reasons explained for the delay, this Court finds that no willful disobedience is made out. 5. Accordingly, the Contempt Case stands dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the aforesaid speaking order dated 26.11.2025, issued by the 2nd respondent.
