1 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE MAHESWARA RAO KUNCHEAM WRIT PETITION NO: 25012/2017 Order:- This Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is filed for the following relief: “to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction, more particularly, one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the Second Respondent in terminating the services of the Petitioner as Village Servant vide Proceedings R.C.B.1/2016 dated "Nil" February 2016 as illegal and violative Articles 14, 19(g), 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and quash the same and also consequently direct the Second Respondent to reinstate the Petitioner as Village Servant with full back wages in the Third Respondent Panchayat.” 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue. 3. Today, at the time of hearing, learned Government Pleader for Revenue forwarded the written instructions dated 20.12.2025 issued by respondent No.2 in the instant lis, which indicate that after filing of the writ petition, the petitioner was reinstated into service after due verification of the facts of the case, and was paid salary including arrears for the period of suspension. It is further indicated that the petitioner, namely Sri Masthan Saheb Sheik, passed away 2 on 09.04.2019 while in service. Thereafter, his terminal benefits were also paid to his family. 4. On the other hand, learned counsel for the petitioner has also received the said written instructions and has not disputed the factum of these submissions. 5. Recording the said submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of, and the copy of the written instructions is made part of the record. There shall be no orders as to costs.
