ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…pleased to issue an appropriate writ, order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents in calling the petitioners to the police station by interfering with the civil dispute without following any known procedure though the civil dispute is pending between the petitioners and unofficial respondent as illegal, arbitrary, unjust, without jurisdiction, violation of principals of natural justice and in violation of Art 14, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents not to call the petitioners to the police station and not to interfere with the Civil dispute without following any known procedure though the civil dispute is pending between the petitioners and unofficial respondent to pass.…”
2. Heard Sri K. Jyothi Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri V. Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the police are calling the petitioner to the police station and interfering in the civil disputes between the petitioners and the unofficial respondent. Learned counsel would submit that a direction may be given to the police.
4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions would submit that based on the complaint lodged by respondent No.6, a case in Cr.No.15 of 2023 for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 427, 506 r/w 34 of IPC was registered against the 1st, 2nd and 4th
petitioners. He would further submit that the police are not interfering in the civil disputes between petitioner and the unofficial respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that recording the same, the petition may be disposed of.

Recording the above said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the police not to interfere in the civil disputes between the petitioners and the unofficial respondent and also directed to follow due process of law relating to the crime which has been registered against the 1st, 2nd and 4th petitioners. There shall be no order as to costs.
