By the present writ petition, the petitioner is seeking a direction towards the Collector to constitute a team for demarcation of land situated at Khasra No.164 and 165 area ad-measuring 0.081 and 0.219 acres at P.H.N. No.29, village Risda, Tehsil Masturi, District Bilaspur, C.G. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed an application for demarcation of the land in question before the Tahsildar, Masturi, in the year 2022, which is still pending and till date, no demarcation has been made and no order has been passed by the Tahsildar. 3. Learned counsel for the State/respondents submit that if such application is still pending and it has not been decided yet, the same shall be considered and necessary order will be passed within a stipulated period, in accordance with law. 4. I have heard learned counsel for both the parties 5. From perusal of record, it appears that though the application for demarcation has been filed by the petitioner in the year 2022, but 3 the final order in the said demarcation proceedings has not been passed by the Tahsildar, Masturi till date, hence, looking to the fact and submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, the Tahsildar, Masturi is directed to conclude the proceedings of demarcation over the said land within a period of 45 days from today, if the application is still pending before the Tahsildar, Masturi. 6.
