Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ or Order or Direction more particularly in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 3rd respondent calling the petitioners to the police station in non-related civil dispute in the Sy.No.120-1 an extent of Ac.1-64 cents In another Sy Nos. 357-6, an extent of 0-25 cents , 357-3, an extent of 0-27 cents, 352-2, an extent of 0-13 cents, 11-3A an extent of 0-31 cents. This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:

3. Sri V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents, on written instructions, would submit that basing on the complaint made by the 5th respondent herein, a case in Cr.No.410 of 2022 under Section 420,341,506 r/w 34 of IPC against the petitioners herein.
4. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no
order as to costs.
